selection of perfumes to suit your preferences. However, we
understand that there may be occasions when you may need
to return or exchange a product. Here s our return and refund
policy to ensure a hassle free experience for you:

Satisfaction Guarantee: We accept returns for any product
with which you re not completely satisfied.

Return/Exchange Period: You may request a return or
exchange within 7 days from the date of order delivery.



Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange,
products must have at least 90% of the original volume
remaining in the bottle.

Processing Time: Return and exchange requests are typically
processed within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving
the returned product.

Non refundable Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery
charges incurred for your original order are non refundable for
any exchange or return requests.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Charges: Customers
are responsible for the delivery charges associated with
exchanging an item.

Tester Box Exclusions: Tester Boxes (Sample Boxes) are
excluded from our refund policy as they are intended solely
for the purpose of testing fragrances.

Orders Above Rs.10,000: Orders exceeding Rs.10,000 are not
eligible for refunds and can only be exchanged.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products: In the event of
receiving a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will
bear the delivery charges for the return or exchange.
